Insight into the soul, psychological phenomena, and nature as a source of help
There is a man who has about a hundred people in his soul. So he is not only himself as a personality, he can also be Mr. Meier or Mrs. Müller, his neighbours next door.
Since he has experienced and felt himself to be different from others since childhood, he develops certain idiosyncrasies in the course of his life. For example, he begins to write secret codes that only he can understand.
Over time, he also begins to speak languages unknown to him and learns many foreign languages in order to be able to communicate with the characters in his soul.
Another peculiarity is the regular visits he receives at night, just before falling asleep, from eerie figures with colourful faces. However, they do not say anything to him, nor can he hear them. They just look at him and occasionally contort their faces. At first, they terrify him, especially during his childhood.
But over the course of his life, he is able to befriend them.
Now they even smile at him from time to time.
As a young adult, he has his entire brain examined by experts. After the tests, the doctors tell him that all his values are within the normal range.
However, he finds this a strange result, as something really strange is happening to him and he doesn’t know anyone else who has experienced anything similar.
Over time, he decides to believe that these beings are not a figment of his imagination, but that they must come from another world, i.e. from other dimensions.
When he is about 40 years old, he begins to meditate almost every morning. He wants to get in better contact with these beings he sees at night and with the hundred people in his soul. He had once learned from a well-known meditation teacher that during very deep meditation, it is possible to see figures of light.
This man can confirm this experience, because these beings of light have also appeared to him a few times while he was meditating very intensely. He is becoming increasingly successful at controlling his thoughts and feelings, even switching them off completely in order to be able to exist solely in the here and now.
Even in everyday life, there are moments when he is able to do this, for example when he is riding the tram.
Unfortunately, he does not always get along well with his fellow human beings, but surprisingly, it is sometimes possible to interact with them in a better and more relaxed manner.
However, he still thinks a lot about how all this can be, even though, as he said, he has simply accepted it and believes that these beings must come from somewhere else entirely.
Are these apparitions simply projections that come from his subconscious?
He continues to wonder how far people are connected to each other in the collective subconscious, what they all have in common and what they do not. He has further questions: Are his feelings and thoughts transformed into mental faces and images that he can then see in his imagination?
Which area of his brain is activated during these apparitions? Are they perhaps the thoughts and feelings of his fellow human beings translated into a kind of visual language to which he simply has broad access because he has been able to find broad access to himself in the course of his life? One theoretical approach for him would be that his own conscious and subconscious thoughts and feelings mix with the conscious and subconscious thoughts and feelings of his fellow human beings, thus causing these phenomena to appear.
Back to the hundred people in his soul. From time to time, they even talk to him, which means he can also imagine their voices quite well. On the one hand, he can virtually think voices, and on the other hand, he actually hears strange voices in his head, which he perceives mostly through his hearing. However, when he cannot sleep at night, he practically does not hear these voices.
This is when most people around him are asleep. He wonders whether these are the thoughts of his fellow human beings, which he can hear in his head when they are in his immediate vicinity. Where do these voices and thoughts come from?
These strange occurrences mean that he does not always feel understood and accepted by society, by so-called adults. Even as an adult, he often still feels like a child who can express his feelings and thoughts quite naturally, having, if luckily, grown up in an intact family and a socially friendly environment.
Although he has been building his own world since he was very young, he is in close contact with his fellow human beings. When he is not feeling so good, he finds comfort and support above all in nature. He can spend hours looking at a swaying tree or watching the birds as they chat and sing their beautiful songs.
For example, they sing the following:
“Oh my dear human,
don’t take yourself so seriously,
for the creative life force is enormous,
you have enough of its juice,
and whether you are big or small,
you too have an inner pig,
and it would be a torment
not to admit this,
for you can also be generous,
and you also bring us little birds
a benevolent blessing.”
